Cask handpull at GBBF 2018. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Diacetyl aroma. Light golden ale. No real bitterness. Diacetyl is light but there and spoils it.

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, straw, grass, spice, piss and dull citrus. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, grassy, floral, toasty grain and doughy bread. Light body and fine carbonation. Not too bad. Good have more depth.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Light smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, sweetish. Good floral mid, also slighty sweet. Mild skunk. Soft floral citrus. Soft semi dry finish. Okay but very laid back.

Keg at the Crafty Crow, Nottingham.so dark brown that it's basically black, with a tiny khaki head. Smells amazing, with fudgey notes all over the place coupled with roast coffee and a bit of charcoal. Sourness in the finish with slightly sour black cherry joining the chocolate fudge in the aftertaste. Very low carbonation which highlights he thickness of the body. Masterful.

Keg on Bobs birthday w/e, Saturday 9th June 2018, The Smithfield, Derby. Clear gold with a white head, a slight haze. Soft in the mouth, a little lacking, it's got more biscuity touches than hops. Ok, but when compared to the superb chocolate fudge by these guys in the Alex', this is sadly lacking. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
