In this new world of sustainability and with a focus on the environment Monty’s is driving towards a more sustainable process. In the brewery we heat the water for each brew from the previous brew through plate heat exchangers, all helping to keep our carbon footprint down as much as we can. We don’t use any plastic in our packaging, and our waste grain, feeds local cattle, our first and last beer run-ins which would be a waste product are fed to a herd of Welsh Wagyu.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Proper hazy look in the glass, slowly clearing a bit. Very mild hop profile, some mild grassy citrus, cereal malt but really not comparable to a standard hazy pale. Perhaps a cooler keg temp would reveal more flavour.
