440ml can as part of a delivery from Beautiful Beers and drunk at home. Dark gold and clear with a large, rocky beige head. Grainy aroma, light citrus, metallic notes. Tastes pretty bitter with a tongue-coating load of bittering hops. Not a lot of flavour or personality though. Long bitter finish with heavy carbonation on the body. Not their best beer. Dorking do good traditional stuff but this is a bit average.

[44cl can from Lavershot Barns, Windlesham.] An unattractive hazy amber colour with a billowing cream head after a gushing pour; citrus aroma; fruity malt taste with a woody bitterness; and some pine resin and more malt to finish.

Bottle bought at RHS Wisley shop. Aroma is dry apple peel. Clear gold. Bubbly translucent white head soon almost entirely disappears. Sweet but not overly so. Juicy. Restrained by a touch of acidity and dryness. Light bodied. Thin. Sticky residue. Long dry finish. Enjoyable easy drinking cider.
