Description
In fact despite finding the latest premises in early 2016 the beer was still being brewed in a back garden shed in Timperley well in to summer 2016. The brewery remains a one-man brewery.

The name says it all but this place has been built and driven by one person’s stubborn and resolute ambition to make life more interesting, challenging, fulfilling and most importantly fun.

Gravity cask at the 2018 Nottingham Beer Festival, Motorpoint Arena. Light yellow/gold and slightly hazy with a spotty white head. The aroma is on the light side with vanilla, banana, buttered toast. Bittersweet at first with a dogged astringency, but this fades to a more manageable sweetness before turning slightly more bitter for the finish. A mixed bag. It's bland but complex, refreshing but uninspiring.

KeyKeg somewhere in Kent. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Light and mildly dry palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, clean and with a mild creamy sweetness. Trace of orangey citrus, just a whisper really. Light crisp finish. Simple stuff but clean.
