Caña en el Lúpulo Feroz Oviedo 21..07..2018. (r16). Color amarillento ámbar claro velado con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos y cereales algo tostados con toques suaves herbáceos, maderas mojadas, levaduras, recuerdos de uvas. Cuerpo ligero fácil de algo de gas. Normal.

25cl cask pour at Moeder Lambic Fontinas comes a crystal clear dark gold with some soapy, white head. Nose has malt, some black tea, lemon, some candy. Flavor is malty and sweet, honey, floral, some earl grey tea. Finishes light but crisp. Fine example of real ale. 7 4 7 3 12

Cask at Moeder Original. Unclear amber-golden color with creamy white-to-eggshell head. Aroma is slight grapefruit, toffee. Taste is toffee, grapefruit, orange, earthy. Slightly bitter finish, altogether quite juicy. Thick mouthfeel, flat. A very good Real Ale that is not too modern, but still quite juicy and fruity.

Tap. Hazy ruby-amber color with beige head. Aroma is fresh berries, caramel, surprisingly funky, but also a touch of old hops & parmesan. Taste is red berries, funk, a touch red apple skin, caramel. Silky mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Interesting - not one to drink more than one glass of, but it kinda works in its own way.

Pours a hazy peach colour, 1 finger head of foam with a hard pour. Does well with the lacing.
Smells of apricots, very acetic, funky, sour, like the fruit pits were ground in..leading to some bitterness.
Taste is oaky, full of apricot sourness and bitterness thanks to what I said above..like the pits were ground in. Funky like a monkey, woody, all around very pleasing.
Light body with adequate carbonation.
Damn I dig this! $19.99 for the bottle. Worth it.
