Stonehouse Brewery
Microbrewery
in Oswestry,
Shropshire,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Stonehouse Beer & BBQ
Established in 2007
Our brewing plant capacity has been upgraded over the years and now is now 100 brewer’s barrels (28,800 pints) per week, which allows us to meet demand during peak periods. In 2013 we constructed a purpose built, energy efficient brew house, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our environmental impact by saving water and energy.

500ml bottle, out of date by 11 days (BB 7th Sep 23)! Poured into an old vase shaped pint glass at home on 18th September 2023. Slow tasting session with myself, this is beer number 5. Margie is away for a couple of days. Slight haze to the golden body, smooth off-white blanket of foam on top. I like Idaho 7 Hops and this beer show cases them nicely, piney, fruity and semi-bitter.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Pours a misty gold, white head. Floral citrus aroma. Citrussy, soothing character to taste, fairly mild overall but pleasantly pintworthy.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Boot, Wellington on 28th August 2023. Clean golden body, white crust. Experimental hop apparently, fruity/citrusy (bit like Cascade to me), nice easy going beer.
