Tap @ La Cumbre. Pours a clear, rust orange appearance with an off white head. Smoked woody, light pork/ham/meaty, herbal, chewy caramel aroma. A bit fruity, chewy caramel malty, smoked ham, slightly woody flavor. Really a solid american rauchbier.

Can at ChrisO tasting, thanks to Henrik for what I think is my first beer from NM ! 30/12/12. Lightly hazed mid amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge and leaves a small film. Nose is bitter hops, pine, grapefruit - simple and fresh. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, hops, pine, orange pith, touch of sugars. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a bitter dry finish. First rate IPA!
