200ml draught at Cafe Sara. Patchy off-white head. crocheted lacing, deep dark ruby body. Dark doughy nose, hints of dark fruits. Flavoured with roasted malts, bread, ash, and a backdrop of dark fruits. Rounded plain dark malty ending.Medium bodied. Decent version of the style. (Oslo 08.02.2018).

330 ml bottle, batch BPA 27, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Deep golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Interesting sweetish aroma of ripe citrus fruit, marmalade and hints of mild spices / herbs. The flavour is also slightly sweet, with the same elements as the aroma, decent bitterness. Soft mouthfeel, pleasant to drink.

Dark amber colour, good off-white cloudy head. Aroma has berries, cellar and hay. Light-bodied. No idea to age this till 2019 as it is already past its prime. Hayish, cellary hoppyness. Malts are berryish and even a bit bready. Nope.

Bottle bought at Vinmonopolet in Narvik in June 2017. Copper with a small head. Mild with some malt, fruit and light spices. The finish was sweet. Quite boring to be honest.

Bottle. Hazy yellow golden body with a big white head. Rather light aroma of wheat and banana. Flavor is light wheat, some citric fruit, banana, spicy with a slightly sharp edgy finish. Medium body and average aftertaste. Drinkable but feels a bit plain and one dimesional.

Bottle. Unclear deep golden brown body with a dense but fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, toast, mild caramel and banana. Flavor is quite sweet malty, some caramel, toast, fruity and banana. Fine balanced body and aftertaste in the same direction. Not particular exiting but smooth, tasty and well made.
