Bottle shared by Grumbo. Aroma is very buttery, wet grain, grainy, caramel and citrus. Very sweet, decent body. Slight bitterness, but not real a style I like.

Bottle shared by Grumbo. Aroma is caramel, roasted malts, biscuit and dark fruit. Decent body and light carbonation. Sweetness come through on the initial taste, bitterness come through on the finish.

Bottle from Wales Ales. Light cloudy gold with small white top. Aroma of cereals, lemon, grass. Taste of grains, lemon, yoghurt, grass and light peppery spice. Medium bodied, drying, slightly tangy. Decent.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 13/11/24. Chestnut brown topped with a beige cap that dissipates into a spiders web swirl. Nose is dusty fruit esters, toffee, dark malts, biscuit, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises brown bread, toffee, malt loaf, dried fruit rinds, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad if no wow.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 14/09/24. Almost clear chestnut brown topped with an off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is earthy fruits, brown bread, dark malts, herb. Taste comprises tangy fruits, biscuit, herb, light astringent notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not great.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, off-white head. Aroma: Caramel malt. Taste: Caramel malt, lightly sugary, floral hop backbone, hints of citrus fruit. Don't know exactly what's continental about this beer, but it's quite nice overall.
