Cask at GBBF 05-08-09 Thanks to Sim for sharing this one with me. Pours straw in colour and with an intriguing lightly fragrant nose, quite a nice perfume off of this, possibly some apple blosson with a slightly subdued appleyness behind. Starts and finishes with a rasping tang, drinks lovely almost like a soft drink when you’re in need of a thirst quencher, touch of the rusticness but I was impressed by the rather delicate nature of this one. Good stuff. A7 A3 F8 P4 Ov15 3.7
