Box @ Percy Shaw, Halifax. Clear pale golden colour. Has an initial apple sweetness followed by a larger sweet kick within its apple flavour that lingers long in the palate. Ends with a bitterness. Its aroma is light.

Bottle from the producer. Appearance - deep amber with a no head and no bubbles. Nose &Taste - stewed almost spiced apples. However, there’s a dry tang on the finish which is unexpected and pleasant on a sweet cider. Palate -close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - it may be sweet but it’s not sickly.
