500ml bottle via Scrattings. Pours pale clear yellow, aroma has light breezy medium apple fruit. Taste is predictably quite clean and light, some gentle vanilla-like glimpses. Nice light easy-drinker.

7/6/2019. From bag in a box at the 28th Doncaster Beer Festival. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of tart apples, caramel, citrus and sugars. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Too watery, has a dry finish, disappointing.

Keg @ Stable, Whitechapel. Pours a misty pale gold, sparkling. Medium sweet apple fruit on the nose. Medium-sweet character with some nice sour shades, soft acidity, minimal tannin, nice apple flesh coming through. Well rounded sparkling cider overall with a little more going on than a standard medium.
