Keg up the white lady. Pours hazy yellow gold with no head, still. Aromas of light sour apple. Taste is sweet up front, then a sour kick. Reminds me of sweet n sour sauce. Some apple tannins.

Box @ Leeds Station Wetherspoon, Leeds. Cloudy pale golden cider. Very light textured in the palate for its strength, with a similarly light, mildly sweet apple taste, with the fruit also evident in its aroma. Has a dry and slightly soured aftertaste.

Box @ The Moon Under Water, Northampton. Pours hazy gold with a fresh cider orchard aroma. Mouthfeel is clean and light with medium apple fruit and a light tang on the finish. A fairly straightforward, moreish cider to be drunk by the pint I expect. Just as Percy intended.

Bottle on holiday picked up in Salcombe, 28/04/16. Golden copper with an initial crown of off White bubbles that soon collapses to nyadda. Nose is smoked straw, apple shortbread, light funk, toasted brown sugar. Taste comprises funky apple, smoked pork, apple sponge cake, lightly smoked straw. Medium bodied, spritzy/lively carbonation, drying close. Decent earthy cider.
