Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma, mandarin, mango, white grapes, apples. Dry mouthfeel, but with good body strength; it has a quite good malt backbone, with juicy fruity hops, peach, hop resins, and a long final,
Excellent, fresh IPA.

Slight haze. Light amber. Very nice orangey aroma with an attractive pale malt note. Sweet - the pale malts are exceptional. The orangey character is delicious, and there’s a hint of grapefruit. Almost herbal in the finish, with good body and a touch of alcohol. Quality.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits upfront, with lots of melon, pineapple, mango, and piney hops. Flavour is quite dry and bright, with lots of tropical fruity melon, piney hops, and dry biscuity malt. Nice fruity astringency on the finish. Very nice.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of melon, followed by English bready malt, and earthy hops. Flavour is quite dry, with biscuity malt and light piney hops. Not very enthralling. It's balanced and drinkable, but boring.

Bottle - Very nic citrus and some peel. Pale clear gold with a small white head. Lots of grains and citrus with a light butter finish.

Hazy and light tan. There’s some light pineapple note on the nose, with a hit of biscuity malt. This has a bit of pedio - gets poopy - along with some light hop fruitiness. A touch of sticky, sort of heavy malts. Ends up just okay, after a promising aroma.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite fruity, with piney hops, citrus fruits, and tropical fruitiness. Flavour is quite citric, fruity and dry, with tropical fruits, citrus hops, and dry biscuity malt. Fresh and easy to drink, with a fruity finish. Pretty nice for something this low ABV.

Hazy and very pale. Medium head. Blackberry, papaya, and mango on the nose. This is very light, with a berryish, papaya taste. Nice fruity character. It probably likes for bitterness, despite have some nice fruity hop notes.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a giant off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry Bretty notes with some light lime notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of dry Brett notes with some subtle lime juice notes, some tart notes with light funky yeast notes also discernable. Body is about average for style with great carbonation. Lime juice was not as apparent as I was expecting but good beer nonetheless.
