500mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely fresh pithy raspberries upfront, followed by light, subdued saison yeast. Flavour is more saison-like, with the dry saison yeast shining upfront, with subdued but very present fresh raspberries. Dry, lightly tart finish. Simple, but brilliantly brewed. Excellent.

Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy blond color. Nice aroma, funky, fresh. Good body strength, smooth, highly carbonated; moderate residual sweetness, it has a lovely funky flavor combined with citrus zest and a good level of bitterness.
Excellent.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk, leather, and tart citrus. Flavour is nicely funky, with barnyard funk upfront, a little leather and a dry woody finish. Moderately complex, dry, clean and well-balanced. Really nice.
