Docks beers – brewed at our state of the art 15 barrel grimsby brewery
It’s flippantly known as the theatre of beer because the brewing area is in full view of our taproom. Visitors can watch our brewers hard at work making up to 20,000 pints a week and get a real idea of the work involved in brewing our high quality craft beers.

21/8/2024. Cask at the 45th Peterborough Beer Festival. Lincolnshire rating #200. Pours clear golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is orange, apple, tea, herb, lime, lavender. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery, soft carbonation. Light dry finish. Interesting.

Gravity cask at Peterborough Beer Festival 2024. Pours light hazed gold with white foam. Aroma: fruity, earthy, light hoppy, floral. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Medium body with soft carbonation. Tidy flavoursome pale.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A peaty brown coloured pour with a billowing chocolate coloured head; rich chocolate aroma; chocolate and vanilla taste with a light malty bitterness from well roasted grains. Rather nice, but too much faffing around to get it all in the glass.
