Description
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. We produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans.

After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of our own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.

Our ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

Cask at The Guildford Arms. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of acidic fruit, almost acetic, raspberry. Taste is redcurrant sour and sour orange. I took it back, to be honest. The bar manager said that it tasted like that when they put it on. This put me in a bit of bind. I didn't want to say, So it's not badly kept, it's badly made?. So I just drank it. I think my guts might pay the price.

On cask at Curfew, Berwick - Deepest russet body, thick white top. Lots of malty sweetness on the nose, backed up with dark toffee and caramel hits in the taste. Very moreish.

On cask at Mallard, Worksop - Hazy pale yellow body, small layer of white foam. Quite grassy in the nose, with sharp little citrus hits in the taste. Refreshing, but not too memorable.

Our latest IPA is a juice bomb! Loads of tropical notes like guava, mango and grapefruit combine with a touch of coconut and vanilla from the Sabro. Super smooth and reminiscent of a tropical cocktail.

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Mildly hazed dark amber with a creamy head. Bushy-floral with its bitterness, in both aroma and taste and is a drab for it.
