[ As Bexar County Holy Mole ].Unclear matt medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sugary, sweet malt, caramel, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141204]

Key keg at the Peterborough beer festival 27/08/2016. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is big sweet caramel, tinned mango , hot alcohol, biscuity malts. Flavour is composed of caramel malts, grainy tannin hot alcohol woody bark, mild tropical mango and lemon rind. Alcohol bite in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, highish carbonation. Headache inducing harsh alcohol. Disappointing.
