Description
Bexar County Brewery was born out of the need for newer more creative beers to be produced in England. The days of only having a handful of styles of beers to drink are ending, and we are part of that change. A beer revolution is occurring, and I am proud to be on the front lines.
Please have a look around. Here you will find loads of useful information (and plenty of rubbish as well) about the brewery as well as updates on beers being produced and where you may find them.
Cheers!

Keykeg at the 2016 Cambridge Beer Festival. Gold with a hint of orange, slightly hazy. Decent little white head. Gentle orange aroma with some grain and a bit of banana. I do not like the taste, a bit acrid and sweet at the same time, and slightly sickly. Long astringent finish. Not great.

Gravity cask at 2016 Cambridge Beer Festival. Mid to dark brown with a hint of mahogany. Muted smell of oak barrels, bit of strong black tea. Bitter taste, easy drinking but fairly one-dimensional. Oily palate and incredibly flat. A rare ’meh’ from a fairly exciting brewery.
