Description
Bexar County Brewery was born out of the need for newer more creative beers to be produced in England. The days of only having a handful of styles of beers to drink are ending, and we are part of that change. A beer revolution is occurring, and I am proud to be on the front lines.

Please have a look around. Here you will find loads of useful information (and plenty of rubbish as well) about the brewery as well as updates on beers being produced and where you may find them.

Cheers!

Keg at the Cambridge Blue. Dark brown with a hint of purplish red, or am I imagining this from the cherries? Cherry aroma with some porridge, chocolate and a bit of vinegar, not sure this is at its tip top, but I’ll roll with it. The sweetness of the taste, coupled with the tang of sour cherry, allays my fear. Light finish with a tinge of lactic sour. Not perfect, but lovely and innovative.

Tried at the 2015 Peterborough Beer Festival. pink colour with a thin white head. Slightly earthy and fruity aroma and taste, easy to drink. I didn’t realise the pink was beetroot while I drank the beer.
