Description
Established in 2017 in the most Eastern point of mainland Scotland, we brew our beers in small batches in the nautical town of Peterhead. At Brew Toon we are passionate about creating bold, adventurous craft beers, packed full of flavour and character. We strive to use local ingredients where ever possible and pride ourselves on this provenance.

Brew Toon was born out of a passion for brewing and craftsmanship in general.

Our brewery is based on a historic site in Peterhead, which was once home to "Hunter & Sons - Tanfield Brewery". This heritage is hugely important to us and massively influential in how we run our brewery today.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy golden - orange with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet and intoxicating peach, more like tinned than fresh, juicy, syrupy, sugary and fruit cordial. The taste is initially sweet and sticky, sugary, dominated by tinned peach, fruit salad, peaches & cream, peach cobbler, apricot, fruit cordial and a touch of grassy spice. Hides the abv very well anyhow. IMO very one dimensional and perhaps more of a beer for people who don't like the taste of beer.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 6th Aug 2021. Drank at home during a tasting evening with my wife and son on 20th Feb 2021. Really enjoyed this malty Lager. Old gold in colour, fast fading white head; malty front to the nose and taste. Easy going drink with enough happening to test your senses.
