Description
Kinver Brewery is an award-winning, family owned, independent craft microbrewery located near Kinver Edge and the rock houses on the outskirts of Kinver, South Staffordshire. Kinver Brewery was founded in 2004 using a 4-barrel (6.5 hectolitre) plant purchased from Brewster’s Brewery. We have since increased production capacity to a custom-built 10-barrel (16 hectolitre) plant.

Kinver Brewery use only four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water, to produce cask and bottle-conditioned ales. All of our beers are available as vegan, on request. Our hops are sourced from a range of locations including Worcestershire, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, and USA. We are a SIBA-assured independent craft brewery, recognised by multiple prestigious awards.

Bottle delivered by the Blue Boar, Leicester, and drunk at home. Golden and hazy with a small creamy white head. Light aroma: some raisin, apricot, bready malt. Taste has a chalky bitter edge to it after the very initial malty sweetness.Bitter hops cling to the back of the tongue through to the long finish. A touch of apricot in the aftertaste. Carbonation is fairly heavy. it isn't bad but I was hoping for a bit more.
