Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a golden amber with a small white head. Malts and grains are there in the aroma. The immediate sensation in the mouth is the overall sweetness and a chewy texture. Biscuits and malts are the mainstay of the flavour plus hints of fruits, though some citrus does come through later on. Finish is quite sweet. Quite nice, but not very exciting.
