In mid 2024 the brewery became a partner of Legend Whisky which allowed the brewery to avoid ceasing its activities and to continue brewing.

440ml can. Pours very dark brown with a large head. Aroma is oily liquorice and maple syrup. Taste has sweet maple syrup throughout. A little artifical and one sided.

On tap at Craft Beer Oasis, Crewe. Pours almost black with minimal off-white head. The aroma is mainly dark fruits with just a hint of chocolate. Dark fruits again in the mouth with roasted malts and black wine gums, and a trace of ginger. After a while some old school hoppiness as well. Finish is slightly bitter. This is rather nice and very drinkable. Note it is a black IPA (as per brewers description) and not a porter (as per currently stated category).
