Cask at Crafty Duck, Hertford on 31st August 2021. Rated as a novelty ale. Hazy copper with thin off-white ring of foam, and no lacing. An inviting sweet raspberry and ice cream aroma. Slightly sour raspberry fruits on the liquid pass, and a malty finish with unripened raspberry on the upper palate. Very smooth mouthfeel, on the flat side, but a fair amount of body.

Orange creamola foam. Palate - light bodied with a creamy, sweet finish. Overall - ok. What the brewer intended though not my taste.
