Cask at Gidea Park Micropub on 24th May 2022. Hazy pale amber with shallow, loose foam and scant lacing. An abundance of tropical fruits in aroma. Peach, apricot and tangerine in-mouth, and a multi-fruit finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Keg at Casc. It pours jet black with a small light tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, umami, charred, coffee, but also ripe berry, cherry bakewell, toasty coconut, custard slice, heady, intoxicating and sweet. The taste is slick, toasty, bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, sweet - sour, big juicy ripe cherry, cherry cola, black forest gateaux, vanilla, cherry wine, touch of coconut, tannin, damp oak and touch of alcohol warmth with a drying, roasty finish. Fulsome bbidy and fine carbonation. Nice cherry vibes to it. Decent.

Rocky white head on a hazy vivid golden coloured body. Zesty aroma with citrus & peach. Medium bodied, soft & smooth a lively back. Peach, confectionery, mango & grapefruit tastes. Clean & fresh - good one.

Thin white head left a covering on a hazy vivid golden coloured body. Bitter satsuma aroma. Medium bodied, lively on the tongue with a clean back. Bitter citrus, chalk, orange & tropical fruit juice tastes with a tangy finish. That's really refreshing.

Thin dissapaiting tan head left a spotty cover on a dark brown body. Coffee aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a clean back. Malt, coffee, lactose, demerara & sweet berry tastes with a tangy finish. The nose is harsher than the taste. Decent.

Foamy beige head left a collar & cover on s hazy vivid golden coloured body. Zesty citrus, mango & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, silky on the tongue thinning out to a lively cloying back. Mango, pineapple, bitter/sweet citrus & cereal tastes with a long tangy peppery finish. That's good.

Rocky white head in an unclear pale golden coloured body. Zesty herbal aroma with a touch of malt. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a cloying back. Herbaceous, citrus, malt, pine & stone fruit tastes with a zesty finish. Very refreshing. Would be great on the patio on a hot summers afternoon.....

440ml can from Tebay Services, after driving back from Scotland and a couple of days riding at Innerleithen. Pours hazy gold, good white head. Decent IPA overall, nicely hoppy with good orangey moments and rounded with a nice firm bitterness. Good.
