A golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, mix of tart apples, Brett, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, tart mix of apples, Brett, mineral notes, and toothpaste over orange juice...thin. Bottle is probably 4 years old, from Maine.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple, light brett, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apple skins, Brett, light lactic notes, light and smooth. Bottle from Maine, 5 years old.

Can from Astoria Bier & Cheese. Pint glass at home. Murky yellow brew. Smell is downright briny. Apples, oysters & oniony mignonette. Taste is tart apples, calcium & softly carbonation oyster juice. Carrot-y sweetness on the finish. Just too much.

[ As Urban Farm Rye Amber Ale ].
ABV: 5.0%. Murky grey - matt medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye, wood, pale malt - caramel, light whisky - alcohol - spirit alike. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, candy - yeast, wood, again some spirit - alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

[ As Urban Farm Semi-Sweet Mead ].
ABV: 10.0%. Light cloudy light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowers - nectar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, floral, sweet honey, tart, fruity, honey, alcohol - rum, honey - nectar - flowers. Body is light to medium, texture is almost watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20181017]

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2018. Thought this was 5%. Hazy amber. Fruity aroma. Sweet taste medium body.
