Clear brown colour. Thin offwhite head. Sweet caramel aroma and malty. Sweet brown sugar flavour, some spices. Weak hints of yeast in the aftertaste. Not that bad, but it feels more like a brown ale.

Thanks to Darkelf for this one. Crisp like an authentic Bohemian pils. Looks good. Small white head on top of the darkest and most hazy pilsner I have had. There is much more malt aroma than I expected, along with a light, fruity aroma as well. The hops are mild in the aroma and the flavor. Low carbonation, and a light, bitter hop aftertaste. This is the most ale like pils I have had.

Fine lacing replaces a large head as the striking visual feature of this murky dark amber Barleywine. Brown sugar and dates play in the aroma that comes easily from the cold surface as this has just been poured. As it warms, a spicy element of nutmeg and cinnamon are added. Sweet yet not cloying and just the right hop bitterness at the very end. Very nicely done and well balanced.

(Bottle 65 cl) Beautiful, clear amber with a creamy, thick head leaving some lacework. Distinct aroma hops in the nose. Flavour of sweet caramel malt with a very solid, hoppy finish. A very typical Double IPA with a routinely touch. 221005

Dark brown with frothy, mostly white head - aroma of lactose, minerals, some roasted malt - no evident coffee until the flavor - medium sweet, with slight coffee, more lactose, bittering hops and much more coffee come out in the finish - pretty well-balanced, but kind of a run of the mill stout.

Sweet candy aroma. Dark brown. Lightly carbonated with a thin head. Several flavors; not as sweet as the aroma promises. Some bitter hops, but more malt flavor. A good, but odd interpretation of the style. Flavors become stronger at room temperature, and the palate gets heavier, and the beer almost changes styles into a dry barleywine.

Bottle. Deep brown color with a bit of red and a mocha colored head. Sweet malt and roast aroma - less coffee than I thought there’d be. Sweet, roasty flavor. The sweetness helps to balance the coffee flavor. A bit of chocolate. Full bodied. Roasty, grainy lingering. Better than I had thought going in. Nicely balanced.

Thanks to Darkelf for this one. Very good. Cloudy brown like a dunkelweizen, no head. Aroma of malt and herbal hops. Complex flavor; sweet malt with medium bodied, herbal hops. No alcohol in the flavor. Good.

Cloudy orange - light amber color. Nice aroma, hop and vanilla, a bit fruity. Medium body, crispy, malty, biscuits; ends with a strong bitterness, quite aromatic, dry. Good.

A hazy yellow beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet slightly hoppy and slightly citrusy. The flavor is rather sweet from a good malt blend combined with notes of straw and hint of caramel.
