From Hollingshead Deli in Orange, CA. Pours a dark gold/amber color with a medium thin light beige head. Aroma is lightly hoppy and citrusy. The flavor is decent but not really breaking new ground. Floral hops, citrus and a little malt. I did like the finish, which was nicely nutty throughout. Beyond that though this is middle of the road stuff.

From Hollingshead Deli in Orange, CA. Not a bad IPA at all. Pours a murky golden amber color with a thick off-white head. The foamy head lasted quite a while. Nice lacing as well. Floral hops aroma. Flavor is very citrusy, and the hops are really not as bold as the glass progresses. Nicely bitter finish. Doesn't have the "snap you with a wet towel" hops that the great IPAs have but otherwise this beer is just fine.

From Hollingshead Deli in Orange, CA. I just can't get into these Bohemian/Czech Pilseners. Pours a hazy light orange color with a medium white head. Thin lacing and the head disappeared rather quickly. Aroma is mostly hops with a tiny bit of fruit. Flavor is mildly hoppy with a little malt backbone and a somewhat sour finish. Also has a very carbonated feel, but manages to not be very crisp at the same time.

Don't let the faint hop nose fool you. They aren' indicative of the flavor. Lot more hops in the taste then in the nose, balanced with the right amount of malt.

Clear amber. Chewy, toasty crystal malt aroma. Chewy, sticky taste with only a hint of citrusy hops. Hrm. The worst qualities of this brewery all in one glass.

Very dark amber; aroma of wood, dates, apples, tobacco; slightly creamy; fresh earthiness, hops, dates, oranges; refreshingly hoppy finish.

Bright amber. Bit chewy on the nose with piney hops. Earthu, chewy, moderate bitterness and a touch of bright orange. Decent IPA - a revelation when launched but definitely dated today.
