Really good aromas of pine, grapefruit and grass over a copperish body with a bunch of floaties. The only criticism I can come up with is that the malt is pretty light in this beer and there is a little bit of a weak spot as the palate develops. Other than that, this is a finely crafted IPA with a nice balance.

Easily one of my favorites. Pours an amber/reddish color that remains a bit cloudy. Tastes of maltiness, citrus, plum, caramel, and some hop presence. Rich flavor throughout the entire glass.

Bottle. Dark reddish-brown beer with a nice mocha colored head. Light roasted malt aroma. Smooth roasted malt flavor with lots of piney hops. Some berry fruitiness. Balanced flavor with malt and hops blending in the aftertaste. Not a typical imperial stout.

Dark brown color. Mild aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Dark caramel flavor, some malt, correct body strength, some roasted malt and bad coffee too; also very light fruitiness and some sweetness. Correct bitterness. Nothing special.

Brown color. Malty aroma, mature, hops, caramel. Good malty taste, with a strong caramel character, not complex but pleasant.

I am becoming very fond of this brewer. Sample from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a ruby chestnut color with a medium sized tan head and incredible lacing. The aroma is sweet and sugary with a grapefruity hop undertone. The flavor is sweet and sugary with brown sugar notes and elements of grapefruit and other ripe fruits. The fruitiness lingers on the long finish. Moderately thick. Excellent.

I am really starting to get into this brewer. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel color with a small tan head that fades. The aroma is sweet grapefruit and pine. The flavor is sweet and sugary with a strong grapefruity hop element and a caramel undertone. The finish is sweet and fruity. Yum.

Pours and clear orange gold with a decent white head that dissapears quikly and leaves nice lacing. Bottle conditioned? Lots of sediment swimming throughout this brew. Aroma is hoppy and some citrus with oranges as well. Also some light spices picked up. Flavor is much the same with a nice initial hoppy bite. Ends bitter. A solid IPA but nothing spectacular.

Very tasty IPA. Full of hop flavor, citrus, caramels, and a slight spiceness reminicent of nutmeg. Nothing out of the ordinary here, just a solid IPA.

I was dissapointed with this brew. It pours a amber brown that is easily transparent with minimal head. There really wasn’t much flavor until the finish. It did finish well, with a nice blend of maltiness, caramel, and some citrus. A nice ending for a mediocre beer.

Definitly not your granadpa’s cream ale, way too strong and tasteful. Pours with no head but lots of sediment for this golden orange beer, cannot see through the beer. The smell is strong an so is the taste. The palate is weak compared to such a flavorful beer. No bitterness and goes down smooth with sweetness.
