Draft at the Miller's Ale House in Snellville. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a small, foamy, white head. The aroma is orange peel, chalk, light spruce, and grass clippings. Sweet and fairly juicy, with a mellow, zesty bitterness. Light to medium body, a bit acidic, and pulpy. Reasonable.

Can from a six-pack from the local Grocery Outlet. Pours lightly hazy with a smallish white head. Fruity/tropical aroma - suggesting Hawaiian Punch a little bit. Approaching med body. A little undry. Decently bitter. Flavor does seem to heavy on passion fruit. Ok drink.

As an IPA detester, I'm a little apprehensive about tasting the brew from this $2 bomb can. For the price, I'll mark it up as a tick, no enjoyment value added. Just remember, I rate for the enjoyment factor, not by style. First pour reveals a viscous dehydrated micturated appearance. This along with the alarming notorious old IPA volatile nose is quite concerning. First taste is, well, mouthcoating near cloying sweet and rotten grapefruit bitter. What a combination. One of the complaints I have about this impy IPA, and any impy IPA, is its pronounced over the top sweet laced excessive bitterness. The extreme hop content characterizes this beer as an emotional bitter bastard terpenes blast profile which I find totally unpalatable. Drain pour? No, I signed up for this savagely viscous session, and I shall endure and plow forward. Its simply a brutal experience akin to forcing a relationship to work that you know is doomed. I suggest this impy barbaric bitterness overshadow any potential enjoyment derived from other flavors present in this beer, such as its grapefruit character. The perception that impy IPAs are somehow superior to other beer styles, simply because they are more complex or challenging, is a notion of palatal machismo, just IMHO, an elitist attitude, a desire to showcase one’s ability to endure unpleasant flavors. There, you have the rant. You like impy IPA, put this on yer bucket list, if you have not tasted it already. I'll give this brew an additional 0.5 points just because I'm catching a little mental vacation as I near the end of the can.

At the January 2026 DC Brewver gathering. 12oz bottle. Poured a clear yellow-orange without much of a head. Aroma was sweet tartness, vinous, with a decent amount of acid.

12oz bottle pours a clear burnt orange, no head. Nose has candy and malt, a little salad dressing, a bit industrial. Flavor is sweet tart, some malt, leather and apple cider vinegar. Full, a little hot, high acid finish. Probably a year or two too aged.

Klar mørk golden med hvit topp som daler raskt og blir liggende rundt kanten.
Aroma; grapefrukt, mango, humle, pære, lynghonning, hint av lime.
Smak; surt eple, kvae, grapefrukt, appelsinskall, malt.

Frisk og fruktig. Varig, litt metallisk ettersmak.

Tap fra "Luciens" - Amsterdam.

12oz bottle. I stopped buying anything by Lagunitas a long time ago, but got suckered into buying this at 6.99 or whatever it was a six pack. Straight up dextrose bomb. The aroma sucks, diesely sugar water. Sugary, almost has that artificial icing taste. Hops are there but not impressive. Pretty weak stuff. They definitely used to be better than they are now.
