A spot on west coast IPA. Popping fresh citrus hops, a bready sweet malt and sold carbonation make it refreshing and challenging. Glad to see it sneaking into Liquor Control Board outlets in Central Canada!

A classic light tan head on a near black body. Nose is pretty standard with semi-sweet chocolate and coffee with a slightly vegetal edge. Lots of what you want in an IS. A solid coffee, chocolate, caramel combo leads the profile with some dark berries, well roasted malt and ash mixed in. No excess booziness. A solid quality low price classic.

A dense off-white head on a light golden body. Nose includes malt, tangy hops, spice and brown sugar. This is a nicely bended malt-first IIPA. The taste profile extends from the elements in the nose, including dank and fruity hops, apricots, some spice and chewy, slightly caramel malts. Nice richness and density. A bit of alcohol warmth too.

Love the nose - solid malt, a touch of honey, citrus and grain. The taste picks up on the nose, featuring light citrus hops, cereal, bready malt, a touch of tropical fruit and honey. The above average effervescence punches up the refreshing taste and the finish is well balanced and appealing.

A relatively mild chocolate and coffee nose with a head that is a very light tan for an IS. The texture and taste profile of this beer are both relatively thin for an 8.9% beer. The coffee taste lingers longer with a slightly bitter edge, but not unpleasant. Well balanced but underwhelming.

Lovely nose featuring piney hops, grass and malt. A nice sold mid-range viscosity with the hops blending citrus, pine, grassy and earthy elements. Malt and softer fruit tastes including apricot mellow out the bitterness, leaving a well balanced after taste. Really good!

Pleasantly surprised with this beer, I could say that it is a generous IPA, classical, citrus, resinous side, rather dry, perfectly bitter, 02.08.18, at one monoprix, Paris, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Bottle at home. Opaque black color, small brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, light dark malts and roast, nicely bitter, some umami notes. Decent body and firm carbonation. Nice.
