Description
At Potton Press we make a range of award-winning ciders and perries using traditional methods. We only ever use the pure juice of freshly pressed local apples and pears. We pick fruit from our own orchard together with a range of different apples and pears from nearby orchards in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apples and pears. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Plastic barrel @ GBBF 2014. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white fast disappearing head. Has a fruity spicy pear aroma with weak hints of sulpher. Fruity slightly sweetish spicy pear flavor. Has a fruity spicy pear finish.
