37.5cl Fles van Sterk. Troebel gouden kleur, witte kraag. Funk, Brett, hout, redelijk zuur, licht acetisch, citroen, meer hout, redelijk droog, zure finish, appels. Net als in #35 komt ook hier het rode wijn-vat niet echt naar voren, althans niet in de zin dat je rode wijn proeft. Degelijke sour.

Draft @StrandZuid, Amsterdam. Somewhat unclear straw yellow colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, wheat, lemon, spicy notes. Taste light sweet and bitter, very light citric acidity, grainy, lemony, spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, light dry aftertaste, refreshing, light-weight wit, decent.

Pours a hazy yellow golden colour and a firm white head with good retention. Aroma's: elderflower for sure, some lactic sourness, a bit sweet too. Retronasal it's light sour, fruity, floral. Flavour is light moderate sour with light bitterness. Light bodied. Finishes slightly bitter. Nice and refreshing.

37.5cl Fles van Drankgigant. Donkerbruine tot zwarte kleur, vrijwel geen kraag. Aroma van caramel, funk, Brettanomyces, licht zuurtje, chocolade. Smaak is heel licht zuur, iets funky, caramel, chocolade en koffie, bruinmout, hint van zure kersen. Lichte body, volle smaak. Lekker.

Drank at the brewery in Amsterdam. Bu far their worst beer. It’s not even a stout, dark amber color, a bit astringent, not much roast.

This beer is just done right. Very nice twist on a tripel. Not really spicy at all, but the phenols are spot on. Not super belgian yeast driven flavour, complemented nicely by whatever they add. Oedipus Amsterdam
