Keg at OverWorks. It pours cloudy peachy gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, bright pear character, oily, musty, funky, red wine action, oak and a touch of sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, juicy, bright pear character, red apple, vibrant, zingy, zesty, good mouth - pucker, sherbet, oak, gooseberry, tannin and vinous on the back end. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright pear throughout. Balanced and utterly drinkable. Probably the best pear sour I have had. Delicious.

Fat på Brewskival, lördag. Tjusigt djupgul disig med vit krona. Massor av persika, citrus, citron, stall, hö, lite funk. Ganska bra syra. Citruszest och skalbeska. Lätt fatkaraktär med torr avslutning.

Fat på Brewskival, lördag. Guldisig med vitt, tätt skum. Doftar jordgubb, brett, aprikos, citrus. Ganska lätt, bubblig, torr. Smaken ungefär som doften. Rabarben kommer kanske lite längre bak.
