Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.
Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.
Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

Purchased this bottle at Amstein, St-Légier, best before 04/24. Tasting it yesterday, at my balcony watching the storm tv. For me, this one was better than the kiwi version. It was well balanced, subtle, sour and tart, dry and sometimes smooth, vanilla, 01.08.24, at Epalinges.

Rate 3.6, from Amstein, St-Légier, best before 04/24, on the balcony, yesterday, at night, cool. Like all the serie, they are really sour and this one was fast too sour, tart, dry malt, at the end, yo7 a dry fruity touch of peach, a bit rough, 13.08.24

Drinking it yesterday at home, Epalinges, after a stormy walk at Chillon. Wet weather and a sour beer was fairly welcomed. This one is really tart, dry, mineral and sour. It could be more fruity, tangerine, didn't really smell the kiwi, 01.08.24

For me, this one was good, opening it yesterday, on the balcony, coming from Luzern. Subtle and well balanced sour beer, like the beers of this serie, this one was dry and sour, dry malt, tart, fruity, note of grapes, a bit woody, 10.08.24
