Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 25/08/24. Mahogany brown with a reddish hue topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy red berry fruits, herb, funk, oak, whisky nip, raisins. Taste comprises tart redcurrant, herb, light funk, mellow acidic bite, mixed barrel tones, hibiscus, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Solid complex BA sour ... perhaps age has dealt this one a good hand in terms of my score and earlier ratings?

500ml bottle from Brewdog. Amber brown colour, thin white foam head and aroma of gin, tequila, wood barrel. Taste is soured, tart, woody, fruity with barrel notes, gin, tequila, and lemon rind, salty. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying soured acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle thanks to a neighbour. Pours clear red-brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of funky fruit, apple vinegar, vanilla. Taste is funky toffee, sharp red berry and more vanilla. Faint woody notes at the back. Sharp finish.

Purple,some lace.Cherries,nuts. Sour.it is a very good beer.could be smoother though.

500ml bottle from Brewdog. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of citric rind, gooseberry, wood barrel, funk. Taste is tart, sour fruity, gooseberry, lemon rind, with some woody funk, red wine barrel, lactic notes and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear golden with with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is woody, yeasty, citrus, lime. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, medium sour, touch salty. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Nice sour finish. Good.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear amber, small head. Peachy citric nose with rum and coconut. Sweet and sour with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coconut and peach. tropical nectar, citric acid and sour cheese. Overflavoured and aggressively vinegary. Faint funk and alcohol comes through all the auxilliary flavouring.
