Bottle from Taste of Northumbria. Appearance - deep brown to black with a nice off white head. Nose - treacle, charcoal and smoke. Taste - molasses and smoke. Liquorice and charcoal. Palate - medium bodied, crunchy texture and a dry crunchy finish. Rich but still refreshing. Overall - good stuff.

Bottle from Taste of Northumbria. Appearance - golden with a nice lacy head. Nose - burnt toast. Taste - peach and burnt bread. Marmalade at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture. Decent tangy finish. Overall - it grew on me.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of burnt toast and faint orange. Taste is bitter orange, caramel. Bitter finish.

Aroma - soft citrus zest, no malts
Taste - citrus zest, soft lemon hops, light sweet pale malts, slight caramel
Palate - medium light body, little oily, soft bitter. Finish as main flavour
Overall - Easy going pale ale

500ml bottle from CentrAle beer shop at Newcastle train station. Pours a sparkling golden amber colourr with a white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, grains, tangy hop. Taste is malty, grainy, grassy, hay with some earthy hoppy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, high carbonation, dry metallic bitter finish. Quite drinkable, good for gluten free.

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty weak hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy finish.

A golden colour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is predominantly sweet citrus with some light malt notes. Light malt taste, citrus hop flavours and grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Clean, crisp and refreshing.
