On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice balance of earthy hops and medium roasted malt. Flavour is dry, roasty and hoppy in good balance, with plenty of medium roasted malt, earthy hops, and a hint of pine. Dry, roasty, hoppy finish. Good old school black IPA.

On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some citrusy hops, allium from citra, and a touch of pine. Flavour is much the same, with citrus hops, allium, and a hint of pine. The Citra is ruining this for me, giving too much allium; the Chinook and Mosaic are not really noticeable beneath the onion to me.

On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours a cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma has a lot of canned pineapple that dominates here. Flavour has too much of that sweet canned pineapple, with plenty of acidity, moderate tartness, and a little saline. Too much canned pineapple, not enough gose. No good.

Bottle, 650 ml, courtesy of Eric. Shared with him, MiroB and others. Black with tan head. Nice roasty chocolate notes, barrel, cocoa, light fruity notes, dry barrel, lots of barrel. Oily.

Junction Road store. Aromas are an odd but interesting mix of pumpkin, raisins, molasses with some dark malt and hint of roast. Flavors are similar to nose, leans sweet, and is very rich. A bit of warmth in the finish. Not really my cup of tea.

Ibland blir barely wine väldigt milda faktiskt .

Junction Road store. Aromas are grapefruit and toffee malt. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly on the dry side but enough malt, carbonation and bitter to balance. Finish is bitter then sweet then bitter. Pretty good stuff. Maybe their best hoppy beer I've ever had.

Sampled from the tap at Northern Taphouse. Pours a clear deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of vanilla and rum with cake and some chocolate underlying. Flavor has cake and vanilla supported by chocolate with a decent of rum backing.
