BIAB: Poured a pinkish red with a white head. Aroma is woodsy, fruity, apple. Taste is okay, fruity, vinous, apple, grape skin, plum.

7/5/2022. Draught sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark pink with minimal head. Aroma of red grape, wood, slightly dusty. Quite heavy sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily and watery, soft to flat carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Not bad.

7/5/2022. Draught sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is mucky, musty, eggy. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, watery, soft carbonation. Slightly dry.

Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 09Apr2022. Reddish amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of red wine notes, grape. Taste is tart, fruity, red wine, apple, syrupy, grapey hints, barrel notes and with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 09Apr2022. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, some core. Taste is slightly tart, apple, fleshy, sweetish, with light citric acidity. Light bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fleshy, citrus, with woody, whiskey notes. Taste is apple, fruity, citric, slightly tart, with notes of peat, whiskey, wood, spicy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

28/8/2021. From BIAB at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple, peat, citrus, whisky, wood. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice tart finish, but not a big fan.

BIAB: Poured a clear golden with a bubble head. Aroma is apple, sulfur, whiskey, oak. Peaty. Taste is peaty Smokey, apple, fruity, tannins.

500ml bottle, thanks Grumbo for this! Pours a straw golden yellow with a light mist. Aroma is lightly sweet, apple pie, orchard must. Taste is quite dry with a soft sourness, not overly sharp, some smooth musty orchard notes, good natural fruit sweetness. Decent.

Bag in a box at Cambridge Winter Beer Fest: Poured a clear golden with no head. Aroma is elderflower, apple, light nail polish. Taste was nice sweet floral and apple mix.
