A decent pale ale. Not amazing, it has some hoppy citrus going on but nothing special. Decent though.

Manchester Beer Festival 2019. Fully hazed and light amber in colour. It has a session strength, is crisp, with fruity caramels abundant in aroma and taste.

[ As Bollington Chinook & Grapefruit ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, dough, lime - grapefruit. Cask, half pint. Tasted on the 26/01/21018 at "Manchester Camra Beer & Cider Festival". Clear golden with a medium off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, malts, coriander and slight caramel. Taste is medium fruity and hoppy leading to a medium bitter finish. Nice soft carbonation and long finish. Next one please!

ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium red amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180125]

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, flowers, citrus, malt and hops. Light bitter finish.
