Can @ home. Hazy orange with no head. Smells hops, quite zesty, alcohol, the bitter white part of an orange peel. Tastes hops, bitter, quite sweet, overripe fruits, quite some pine, alcohol. Slightly warming to the chest. If I had this one at the end of a proper tasting it would be the knock out punch.

Almost clear gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, just a very mild sweetness and a slightly aged tang. Bitter floralness. Bitterish citric peel. Little hop spice. Light finish. Not sure what Guinea are playing at here, tastes like an IPA from 10 years ago!

Can shared at craft beer Co Covent Garden. 20/11/2018. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. A hazed dirty golden orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is sweaty hop, grassy hop, toffee, jammy orange. Sweaty hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet stale hop, toffee, grainy, solvent, sticky hop. Palate is semi sweet, stale, solvent, moderate carbonation. Not good.

Bottle @ DØE. Pours golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, fruity hops, citrus, lemon and grapefruit. Flavor is sweet light bitter, wheat, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 211118

Craft TCR Bottleshare. Can. Hazy gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Relatively light palate, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, surprisingly thin, light dry malt cream. Boozy citrus and mild to medium hop spice. Touches of orange peel, tangerine and grapefruit. More hop spice on the light finish. Entertaining but I am the only one who really liked it this evening.

Can shared in London - cheers to Mitch. Pours soupy gold with no head. Sweet, harshly boozy, some caramel, marmalade. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, lots of raw alcohol, bready pale malts, more ripe citrus. Not the best.

Can. Hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts provide some modest tangy caramel sweetness. Tangy ripe orange hops. Orange peel bitterness on the dry crisp finish. Hmmm - not doing much for me. Dry and devoid of any hop brightness.

Sorachi Ace hops (the king of hops, if you have any wit) brings a notable lemon peel vibe here, with just modest creamy lemon and bitterish herb. Dry crisp finish. Lemony tangy linger. The mighty Sorachi drags this thin dry beer up by the scrag of its neck and makes into something pretty drinkable. All hail Sorachi!
