Description
Cwrw Iâl Community Brewing Company is more than just a community project! Is has set out to e a force to be reckoned with. It does not produce run of the mill real ale, it produces the highest quality beer with tasty ingredients. It believes in delivering the whole package, going the extra mile, not to be a slave to the accountant and to work in collaboration with other local business, artists and social enterprises.

Well folks, it is the end of an era. With our lease due early next year and the rising cost of production we have been pondering our future. As luck would have it someone has come along and offered to buy us out. We have decided to take up their offer so over the next few weeks the brewery kit will be moving to West Wales.

Tap, half pint. Tasted on the 26/01/2018 at "Manchester Camra Beer and Cider Festival". Clear golden colour with a minimal and creamy white head. Aroma of grains, banana, pine and herbs. Taste is some tropical fruits, pine and yeast. Easy drinking with a nice bitter finish. Next one please!

[ As Cwrw Ial Isthmus of Darien ].
ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, light medicine. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, light medicine - light plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180126]

From keg at Beer Dock, Crewe, Cheshire with OGJ 02.01.18. Clear golden. White head. Fine aroma and taste of burnt print cards, pale malt, some tropical fruits and yeast. Medium bitterness.
