A: rich dark malts, dried plums, chocolate, bit umami, dark berries, bit vinous. T: full malty base, red wine, chocolate, red berries, bit caramel, dry fruity, cocoa, earthy, bit umami, soft carbonation, decent bitterness, very nice, with fruity twist, enjoyed.

75cl bottle (6%, BBF: 02/05/2021 and bottled 02/05/2018) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, almost clear to hazy with finishing the bottle. A: vinous, woody, citrus, grapes, apples, funky, bit caramel. T: medium body, a lot of woody, funky, dry fruity, gooseberries, vinous, earthy, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, quite complex and enjoyable.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017. Cheers! Think I may have actually brought this one. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, with notes of hay, pale grains, yeast. Light sweet flavour, with flinty minerality, soft citrus, orange peel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry and flinty on the finish, more citrus peel, minerals. So so.
