75cl bottle shared with Martin & Laura in Church Stretton. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Lovely fresh floral rustic hay aroma that delays the initial sip somewhat. Flavour profile has a yeasty start with floral citrus notes and a crisp dry bitterness.. woody linger.. dry Chardonnay grape touch emerging on subsequent sips. Nice rustic saison.

Bottle at home, from Etre I think. I thought it might have been cellared for a bit too long but it was alive and well. Dark brown with beige head. A nice blend of figs, prunes and oak. Quite tart yet also a bit of roast. Surprisingly solid.

Bottle. Murky brown colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some floral and mild toasted tones with some slight spiciness. Flavour is parfumed soap, some floral, toasted malts with some spiciness and mild toffee to it.

Bottled. Deep brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and some toffee to it. Flavour is vanilla, some roasted malts, dark chocolate and mild grassy and floral bitterness to it. Very one-dimensional and actually almost watery palate.

Bottled. Yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, some yeasty and mild farmyardy notes. Flavour is citrus, yeasty, mildly spicy with some mild earth, herbs and also quite bready notes. Mild toast too as it warms up.

Bottled. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted, some alcohol, liquorice and mild toffee to it. Flavour is liquorice, alcohol, some toffee, mild spiciness along with some slight roasted and mild dried fruity notes.

Bottled@HBF2018. ORangeish amber colour with a mediumsized creamy off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some herbal and mild wooden notes. Nice spicines too. Flavour is yeasty, floral, fruity and some quite tropical fruity tones.

Anyone know where I can source one of these beers? Back in 2013 I visited the brewery hoping to find one only to find it had closed down... I have been searching for it ever since. Any help much appreciated!
