Description
We are always busy creating taste sensations, always looking for improvements or new flavours and optimizing our beers. Our beer is pronounced, complex, balanced, often full and soft in texture. We don’t brew beer for everyone, we only brew beer for people who love pronounced flavours. We do this by constantly tinkering with our recipes in search of perfection, we want to brew beer that is considered legendary. One has to tell stories about how great the beer of the Moersleutel is. Anyone who drinks our beer must be spoiled for life and must want nothing more.

Can from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Roasty aroma with coffee, chocolate, coffee beans, light mocha. Moderate bittersweet flavour. Nice little Coffee Stout.

Hazy yellow colour with a big fluffy/creamy white head, which leaves lace. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild oaty tones with a bit of pineapple to it. Flavour is nectar, oats, some fruity and mild citrusy tones.

This is my 17th variant now in this barcode series and another winner here - roasted dark sweet opulent malty aroma and taste with silky smooth chocolate, caramel fudge chocolate cake, full bodied, rich warming rum and bourbon coalesce into the lingering malty finish. Beautiful.

Op tap bij Bierlokaal de Uiver. Troebel diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Zoet, moutig, oude koekjes, hoppig, citrusschil, sinaasappel, licht kruidig, mooi bitter. Volle body, behoorlijk zwaar voor een tripel, maar wel goed gelukt vind ik.

Can shared. Very ncie and thick, slightly roasted and the coconut is shining through. Overall well balanced though.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small but tidy darkish tan head. Palate is unsurprisingly viscous, soft and has modest fine carbonation, fine for this style of beer. Soft but very rich dark malts, an abundance of creamy dark chocolate, sweetness is kept well in check. Dark chocolate liqueur. Rum and bourbon soaked dark fruits, particularly rum. Mild alcohol spice, really nothing to complain about at 14%. Chocolate fudge and chocolate cake on the rich rum and bourbon soaked finish. No alcohol heat here. Rich and sumptuous and feckin crushable!

A little roasty, some vanilla and some bourbon as well. You can taste a lot of different things, almost too complex at times.
