Bottle from Blue Glass, Bedford. Pours dark amber with a small lasting just off-white head. Aroma of light biscuit and caramel, hop, malt and tuch of citrusy fruit. Medium plus sweetness, medium bitterness, nicely balanced. Light body, slightly watery texture, soft to average carbonation. Finishes with lasting hoppy and fruity bitterness. Nice light ale.

Cask at Swan, Farnborough. Sour floral aroma, with peppery traces. Bright gold. Equally bright white head, marred by some blotchyness. Sweet at first, develops a citrus/malt flavour. The citrus becomes more prominent as I drink more. Light. Soft. Long finish. At first I was underwhelmed but it grew on me. Goes down well.

Hazed deep golden color with a small white layer on top. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a bit to soft carbonation level. Malty, mild bready and fruity flavor. Not very inviting this one. Mostly because it was to flat and warm.
