Description
Bedfordshire based brewery with a passion for all things natural and wholesome. The brewery is sited in a farm courtyard barn and run by a team of enthusiastic brewers!

The name of the brewery evolves from the owner's love of keeping rare breed animals, including White Park cattle, an ancient Britsh breed famed for its good eating.

Relocated in 2018 to The Three Cups, Bedford and closed in 2019.

Bottle from Blue Glass, Bedford. Pours fizzy, clear amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of hop, malt, caramel, fruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. An enjoyable, very drinkable bitter.

Bottle from Blue Glass, Bedford. Pours copper brown with a good sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, light toasting, toffee, light chocolate and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, high carbonation. Malty, bitter finish. Too carbonated, but otherwise sound.

Bottle from Blue Glass, Bedford. Pours amber with an initially large off-white head soon diminishing to nothing. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit and hop. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture and very lively carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As White Park White Gold ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, grass, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, grass, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170416] 6-3-6-3-13

Bottle from Glass House, Bedford. Pours golden with a fairly large white head. Aroma of grain, grass, straw, caramel and citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bitter, fruity grassy finish. Easy drinking and quite enjoyable.
