Vintage 2007. Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin white head. THe aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, burn malt, and spices - especially cinnamon. THe flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of spices - primarily cardemomme, but also a note of cinnamon. Definately improve comparing to the 2006 version.

Vintage 2006. Bottled. An unclear ver dark brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet herbal combined with notes of licorice root and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet malty, but also with an acidic note and some plastic - was it burnt during the boil? [5/2/3/3/5=1.8]

Bottled. Pours dark, reddish brown, a bit hazy. The aroma is hoppy and reminds me of cough-medicine. There is some acidic notes in the flavor, as well as heavy roasted malt. Medium body, almost a bit thin, and a lightly sour finish with some roast and hops. (061124)

Bottled. Copper-red, almost clear beer with an off-white head. Weak aroma with malt, caramel and some hops. A bit acidic flavor but in general weak, with roastiness and caramel. Thin and watery in the mouth. Not a very good beer, and a bit too market-oriented. (061124)

Bottle. Almost clear dark brown colour. Small light brown head. Cardboard aroma with a little acidity, but not too bad. Sour flavour with a little fresh vegetable. Sour flavour, pickled cucumber acidity. I do not think the sourness is intended.

An orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with quite a lot of fruit, but also light spicy notes, where cloves stand out. The flavor is sweet malty with light spicy notes - again cloves comes out the strongest. A bit boring, but nothing wrong with it - also a bit light in ABV for a Belgian style ale.

500ml bottle. Pale, hazy red/brown body. Smells lovely of aroma hops. Flavor is a bit one-dimensional even if there is a bit of caramel, malt, and fruit. Ends up as a relatively ordinary micro brewed beer.
