From a 375ml can on 8/7/2019. Pours a cola colour with a small head. The nose is light chocolate and roasted malt. Tastes of chocolate, with a touch of coffee and caramel. Finishes with some big hops and a lingering roasty bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pretty full on flavour wise, but just doesn't inspire.

Can purchased at Barwon Heads Wine Store. Amber, light. Some biscuit and pine nose. Bit thin but balanced. Serviceable session ale.

From a 375ml can on 27/8/2018. Pours a clear deep golden with a medium head. Has a very subdued nose, with hints of refrigerator and stewed fruit. Take a sip and it's sweet up front with some caramel and citrus and candied fruit, which is met by a big, sharp, quite abrupt, chemical tinged bitterness. The palate is slick and the carbonation is moderate. My notes suggest I thought the single Destructor was okay, but I like this less. A bit of an odd, incongruent, unbalanced mess.

330ml bottle from Bucket Boys, Marrickville. Hazy yellow-white colour, short-lived fizzy thin white foam head and sour lemony aroma, boozy undertone. Taste is grape, funky apple, juicy lemon, with lots of sour citrusy lemon rind and some booze. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, very dry sour lemon finish. Quite drinkable.

From a 375ml can on 29/5/2018. Pours a deep brown with a biggish head. The aroma is primarily caramel and chocolate. Taste wise, it's fairly sweet with lots of milk chocolate, a bit of caramel and lactose. Finishes with a mild bitterness. The texture is slightly creamy and the carbonation moderate. Passable but just a bit lacking in definition and punch. No chance you'll be mistaking this for a Founders BS, that's for sure.

Great name. Bottle. Amber with an inch of near white head. 3+ Aroma of sticky bread crusts, pine, kumquats. Moderately sweet with bread, caramel and peach. Citrus and pine come in and build towards the fairly strongly bitter end. Resinous and a bit spicy. Can't see a date but clearly fresh. A bit lumbering but pretty solid.
